Elizabeth Churchill, a senior at Aptos High in California, won the girls invitational high jump with a third-attempt clearance at 5-6.50 (1.69m) at the 47th Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif. Churchill also finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.16 seconds and placed fifth in the long jump with a leap of 17-4.25 (5.29m)
